Wholehearted intentions and a podcast meant for mindfulness and new beginnings turned blatantly and hilariously sexual. Well, we are a sex and dating podcast after all. *Shocker*
On this week's episode, Em and Steph turn pages, reach new heights, unpack a relationship or two and seriously question how they ended up on the topic of ASMR porn, bed restraints and playing with yourself until the sun goes down.

The inspired, the passionate, the motivated, the grateful and the open minded. Are we trying to be all five at once? Yes. Do we cry a lot? Also yes. But are we succeeding? We think so.
This week's' podcast is all about owning your power, chasing dreams, spirituality and just getting shit done.
Em and Steph are back with resident guest Chelsea to inspire change, push you forward, normalise those breakdowns and shed some interesting humour on our darkest hours.

This week on @okaybutseriouslypodcast, our ladies team up with Chelsea Taylor from ep 8 to touch base once again about body dysmorphia and just getting on with it.
If you're new to the fitness world, striving to start the journey or looking to get yourself back into the gym, this week's podcast is for you. Chelsea has progressed from fitness junkie to dry-scooping maniac and the girls discuss topics from societal pressures and social norms, to curving creepy men in the weights room, normalizing body shapes, good vives and the art of feeling pretty damn good in our own skin.

Quote, unquote - Women are shit. (apparently)
This week on #Okaybutseriouslypodcast, Em and Steph sit down with one of their fave local footy boys, Jamo, to get roasted, schooled and read their rights. Shots are fired as Steph gets called out on her toxic shit and Jamo lays down the law on our mind games and manipulation.
We've said it before: it takes two to toxic. And ladies, we think they're catching on.

Bars? We raise 'em. Lives? We change 'em.
Honey, if there's a few things you take away from this week's episode it's:
1. Never take criticism from people you wouldn't go to for advice.
2. When you have a million dollar vision, don't surround yourself with one cent minds, and
3. Darling, just f*cking own it.
Life's too short to be breaking yourself into bite sized pieces, ladies. Stay whole, let them choke, and chase your Goddamn dreams.

Welcome to 2021. The icecaps are melting, rainforests burning, women are still earning 82 cents to the dollar, men account for 75% of all suicides in Australia and yet our generation is busy arguing over the gender of a potato and the P.C. nature of a Doctor Suess book. Yet Cardi. B's WAP takes home America's Best Music Award 2021. Zellenials...are you okay? Because we're a little confused.
Positive movements are coming in waves, society is expanding into bigger and better things. Women are burning the patriarchy, Santa might be female, Redskins were forced to change their name, power of the pussy is coming in strong and men are copping some real heat.
So how far is too far? Are we, as women, so focused on fighting for our power that we're swinging the ball in the wrong direction? Have your say and follow @okaybutseriousltpodcast on all your favorite platforms for more.

The Okay But Seriously crew ramp it up with week with some hard-hitting girl chats coming not so live this week from the comfort of the bedroom. Our guest Ebony throws in some of her excellent wise words of dating wisdom and the girls normalise therapy, breakdowns and yes, - poop cycles - *again*. *Insert eye roll here*
Ebony plays devils advocate as a solid sounding board for all of Steph and Em's dating, love and life issues. She's known to cut the bullshit, tell it how it is and we're pretty sure while Steph felt personally attacked, she sure ain't complaining about it.
So sit back, relax, and take it all in. You might even learn a thing or two.
